LO2- Analysing current games reviews
The purpose of the review was to give an in depth review of the latest instalment into the halo franchise, Halo 4. the review takes a look at the ways in which 343 created what could be the best halo yet following bungie. The content of the review is mostly concentrated on the story of the game and the main points of the storyline. it also reviews more technical aspects such as graphics and game mechanics reviewing its smoothness and graphical beauty. however the review does cover halo 4s online multiplayer feature but this ties in with the games spartan ops mode. at the end of the review a simple four point review was given with its key points and an overall score rating. this rounded the review off very nicely. in terms of visuals the review had a lot of gameplay and cut scene action to clearly show what the reviewer was talking about in key sections. the game capture also gives a lot so the audience can make their own opinion on what the can see throughout the audience. the target audience of the review would be those between 16 and 35 and are into the halo series or avid watchers of ign.
The purpose again to this review was to to give a detailed opinion of the game halo 4. Like the other review this contains opinions on most areas of gameplay such as campaign and online. This review has more of a cinematic take on the other view using more of the dramatic cut scenes to give it a positive light. where as this review is more focused on the smaller details related to the target audience rather than the bigger blockbuster features.
